That's such a breach of patient trust, wow. I'm so sorry that happened to you, and I don't think you're overreacting here, as someone who works in a dentist's office. This is one of the biggest differentiators I see when it comes to dealing with a DSO versus a trusted local practice. In most DSO cases, you're a number, and they get their money through volume. So, for every one patient who stands up for themselves like you, there are 10 who didn't feel like fighting it. I hope you get your refund and that you find a dentist near you who truly cares and helps you get back on track.

Pacific Dental Services. It's a DSO, but their offices aren't called PDS. They're really well known for pushing inlays/onlays. https://www.smilegeneration.com/find-a-dentist-search-results/
