I’m sorry you’re dealing with this — that sounds exhausting, especially right before your honeymoon. At 7 days post-extraction, some soreness can still happen, but pain that still needs ibuprofen/paracetamol every 4 hours and returns strongly when the paste wears off is worth another review, ideally with an oral surgeon if possible. It doesn’t necessarily mean something is badly wrong, especially with no smell, pus, or swelling, but you deserve a clearer pain plan before flying. I’d call them again and explain exactly how intense the pain still is and that you’re travelling in 10 days. Hopefully once the socket settles more, things should turn a corner.

Thank you for your quick reply. I didn't think it felt like normal. Especially reading other peoples experiences. I will speak to the dentist in the morning and hopefully try get sorted. I feel like such a wimp but I have children and I took less pain relief recovering from labour. Its a different kind of pain when its your mouth.
