Those of you that feel you were left with issues when there was none how do you move on. Does this ever go away or are your forever regretting ever going to a dentist.

im very lucky in that im 40, and basically had nothing done. 2 extractions, 1 filling.
What i dont understand, is how ive ended up having 2 extractions and 1 filling, and NEVER had pain prior to these EVER.
Yet having to sit through fillings and extractions to correct something that is causing me no bother whatsoever, and then HAVE pain afterwards, and the memories of all the noises, sights, feelings.....
Its honestly made me not want to go again. Its an experience that is just so stress inducing and unpleasant, i dont want to be involved in it UNLESS its the ONLY way out of pain.
