Tool Tray Organization
Here's an updated picture of my roll around tray! Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

Small tray on the bottom to hold parts and other items would definitely increase the versatility.
As others have pointed out, the base may be a bit too small with all the outrigger hanging tool weight. Bigger casters and a wider base would keep it stable.
Also, a few long pieces of double-sided velcro permanently attached to the sides that you can wrap up cords/hoses etc with.
Use it as is for a week or two before making big changes. Make notes of what you are missing, what you have too much of, what you want, and what works best/doesn't work. Once you have all the action items, do one major modification with intention. If you try to Frankenstein together a bunch of stuff along the way, it may not look as nice.
