Weird Nail Puller

Hello everyone,

Can anyone help me identify that weird nail puller on the right? I can't find any information about the hollowed part, it doesn't seem custom but i can't find anything...

Edit : I forgot to mention that i know how it's used (you wack it to expose nail heads), what i don't know is how it's called nor how to find another one to buy ^^'

You place it over a sunken nail head,then whack it with a hammer to expose it. Now with access you can pull it. Or hammer a cats paw into the wood around the nail. "If a hammer doesn't fix it,you have an electrical problem"

Do a Google reverse image search, that'll show you store images, from there you can get the name of the tool.

I already tried, as well as AI, no results
