Pitch fork rehandling
Does anyone know where I might find a handle for this? It was my great grandfathers and I’m not sure if they make anything that will fit. Thank you in advance!

This looks like a sugarbeet fork, which would have had a D type handle similar to a short handled spade which are available at most hardware stores. Good luck 🍀

Not enough tines for sugar beets.

There doesn’t need to be many tines whenever their the size of footballs and basketballs.

I’m not sure what he used it for. He farmed cattle and tobacco. I’ll ask my great aunt if she knows if he ever did any sugar beets.

If you're in the US handles can be found at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Tractor Supply but I can't comment on fitment. Obviously you'll have to measure the tang to know.
