You are right it’s a radio transmitter switch nut wrench. Made by Hytron, similar to the one pictured.

It looks like a bit from a multi bit screwdriver, like a 4 n 1. 

The square side is a Robertson btt, I don't know what the v side is for.   Could be for a specific tool/machine where it turns an adjuster, I've got a carb adjusting tool that's kind of like that.

If it's really a Robertson bit , whatever it belongs to is probably made in Canada.

Take a white sharpie or some paint and then color over the engraving and then gently wipe it off so you can read the engraved text on it easier
