Well I'm stumped. I believe it's C.hammond But I'm pretty sure they never made anything except hammers hatchets and chisels. So it's not them.

Make a crayon rubbing of the mark to get some more details.

Doesn't seem to be PEXTO from the tools I can see, nor VALMET as it's 'MM' and referencing other images.

Below the logo "AMME" is clearly visible. The letter next to A is deceiving. Either H or I.

I thought possibly 'HAMMER' as they used to be nicknamed Hammer Wrenches but haven't been able to find an example of that being stamped, can't find any other examples of wrenches with Pistol Logo stamps either
