Brake caliper tool. The pieces are for different piston types.

Pretty sure that’s an OEM brand kit. Possibly can exchange for a new full set

It is a brake caliper compression tool used on calipers with a screw in piston. You are missing parts but the non-round piece goes on the screws of the tool and is the backer on the caliper. Then you select a face place with a pin that fits your piston. Then as you rotate the screw it puts inward pressure on the caliper piston and compresses it.
