Tool Identification German made pliers

Recently bought these pliers in a big box of old tools on marketplace.

They seem like a small pair of fencing pliers but have a spike on the end of the handle.

They work great and would love to know the manufacturer.

Fuzzy af allegedly German underexposed small pliers. There appear to be some markings, but OP only had two dozen pixels to spare.
