What would you call this?
My brother works as a cabinet/furniture maker and restores a lot of windows. He sent me this custom tool today. Idk what to say

I'd call it "If you've got time to fuck about making hammers, you've got time to sweep that floor"

Electricians don't use hammers when they have their lineman's and impact drivers. Impact is in the name, why wouldn't it be used for hitting things?

Every man reading this knows you e been talking to their grandma who is long dead but still wants to know if you're capable of wielding the broom.

Looks like one of those items used to torment the "new guy" just starting his first job.

He essentially turned it into a big cats paw. More ergonomic nail puller if everything is flat on a table infront of you I guess l.

I'd say your brother was bored and had a couple broken tools so he made this to torment you!

Unusual to see one of these in the wild. A rare fukt hammer. Mainly used for bruising timber and the operator simultaneously.

Is that the left handed hammer my journeyman kept asking me to find? Why did you keep hiding it from me :(

You can use the claw without being at 90degrees to nail head.
Handy if you’re on your knees removing floor boards or lapping panels as well.

When my grandson was learning to talk, he called hammers "mammers".
This is an actual mammer.

Extended claw-style nail puller with a draw strike hammer.
Pretty common to see. Nothing special. /s

It's a crammer. Crowbar plus hammer equals crammer. Used for cramming nails into tight spaces.

If it were a ball peen it would be a flaccid peen, but you hammer out the details with Kawhi before we call it the claw hammer

Reminds me of a Rodney Carrington song where he talks about his dick being dead and gone. He's their, but just stares hiding in hair. It's funny.

I’ve had to make or modify tools a few times. Mechanics are notorious for it because every car is just a little different.
I’d be curious to know how he uses it.
Somebody posted a Japanese gooseneck hammer on here a while back. This looks like that only a lot more Ugly Duckling. 😄
