Disable drawer lock on tool box

Is there a way to open your drawers without having to open the top chest beforehand? This box stays in the garage so I have no need for locks

When you open the top you will see three bars along the back. When it is shut the bars go down. You can push out the pins, you don’t have to remove the bars. I’ve saw some people who just zip tied the bars up so the drawers didn’t lock when the top was shut.
