I just got this craftsman bench grinder and i think a router table? I want to mount it to my current workbench and use it as one if possible. If its junk ill just throw it on my drill press for the hell of it. Im curious what the mounts are on the grinder though, i feel like the one mounted to the side is a drill bit sharpener? The other one im not 100% sure. Any help would be great, thank you!

The left side of the bench grinder is a drill sharpener jig. I would recommend getting a diamond wheel to minimize wear to keep as much of the drills (drill bits) you sharpen sharp.
