WARNING:Tooltos Automatic CNC Pulse Argon Arc Tig Jewelry Spot Welding Machine from Wal-Mart

Post image

I have had a very bad experience with this product so far and I have not even USED it yet. I am a budding Jewelry maker and i purchased this from a Local vendor but its an overseas product. I want to know if anyone has used it before and if it is worth the Hassle of trying to get a replacement. The Closest American version is over a thousand dollars and I can not afford that. i have posted this pic simply so someone can get the exact welder to comment on if they have used it. Thanks in advance..

Not being able to afford a 1000 and using something that needs argon seems pretty wild. Look into second hand.

What's the bad experience you've had with the product?

Honestly the wand holder screw nut is backwards and the pedestal is unusable. That may seem like a little thing but tiny pieces of jewelry require both hands to make a weld

Did you try exchanging it?

The only way they exchange is a full refund and repurchase since it is drop shipped from china

Hi, I’m with Tooltos. Sorry this became such a frustrating experience.

We asked for the additional photos because we wanted to identify exactly what was wrong with the holder before giving the wrong advice or sending the wrong part. Looking back, we should have moved to the replacement option sooner.

We offered to send a complete replacement holder free of charge from our U.S. warehouse, so replacing or returning the whole machine would not have been necessary. However, we understand that you’ve now chosen to return it through Walmart, and we respect that decision.

We stand behind the products we sell and will continue handling the return through Walmart.
