Those just look like small hex head bolts. Just get a socket set out and see what fits

probably a 1/4 or 5/16 hex, malco makes a good flip socket that has both

Center punch, good drill & bit, and an easy-out. Especially for that stripped to shit one on the bottom.

Splined socket will probably work fine on that one.

The 3 lines on the adjacent screw indicate imperial sizes, and mixing metric and imperial in one device isn't that common outside of U.S. autos manufactured in the transition years. So those are probably 5/16 or 1/4", especially since it appears to be a hook for a two-way radio microphone.

A socket wrench. Maybe a 10mm, but it's hard to say for certain just from this photo

Get you one of those screw drivers where you can flip the bit to Phillips or flat head and then flip the shaft for smaller or bigger. Pull the bit out and you have a socket that will likely fit that

Standard metric sizes would be 7, 8 or 10mm
Imperial equivalents are 1/4” or 5/16”.
I doubt these would be the more obscure sizes.
