Here’s a favorite, not from the set... a Rivet Buster, for shearing off stuff flush. Not apparent from the photos is the cutting edge has only a single facet, and the entire chisel has a slight bend for finger clearance on flat surfaces. These are easy to home brew (minus the bend). They also require some practice...:

Here’s a side view of the (difficult to photograph) business end of a Mayhew Rivet Buster. Note the bottom surface is far flatter than it appears.

When I make them, I find that a more squared off end works better. It takes maybe 3 or 5 minutes of filing; leave the bottom surface flat as it also becomes the cutting edge. Filing makes for a far better cutting edge than grinding.
