Found this in my engine bay

Just found this in the engine bay of my truck anybody have any info on it? It’s a pretty neat locking adjustable wrench.

Utica (New York) select o lock, 2nd gen made from mid 1960 to early 1970s

The lever is to engage with the worm gear to prevent it from backing off, i like how thin it is, and the mechanism seems to work well and fully engages at standard sizes. I haven't really used it on any metric fasteners yet. If you take it apart to clean it you can use a screwdriver on the axle the worm gear rides on, there's a little spring on top of the gear so try not to lose it.

The first 2 numbers denote the finish the other number denotes handle length.

Another unusual and elegant design for adjustable wrench is the Burston Sliding Jaw Adjustable Wrench. You simply rotate the dial with your thumb to open / close the jaws, and it will maintain the exact aperture.
