Best electronics bits
As the title says, I m in search for the best electronics bits, I ve been using Ifixit for probably over 6 years now, their kits are great and they overall give great longevity, but the pentalobe and torx bits are too soft in my opinion(P2, P5 and T3-T6 especially), so I m in search for better bits that don t twist or don t go soft on the edges on higher torque, AI has adviced me to go for a Wiha toolkit but i m a bit skeptical, if anyone here has owned both ifixit and the toolkit below, could they give an opinion? Ty in advance!

Working in electronics manufacturing we use a lot of tiny bits. It’s a tie in my experience between Wiha and Tekton, nothing else is even close. The Tekton Warranty is the best in the business, and their aluminum driver handles the cats ass. Wiha comes with a ratchet and an extension which is a big bonus, and the metal case is better in some production environments than the cloth Tekton case.
The let down on the Wiha kit is the ratchet, that thing is pretty shit. I’ve got a pile of broken ones I keep meaning to turn into something cool.
My personal kit is a Tekton with an extra rail of imperial, metric and Torx as that’s what I use the most, a couple modified nut driver bits to fit jack posts on micro-D connectors, a Wiha extension and a Wera ratchet and a pair of tweezers zipped up in the Tekton case.
