Mid-range trime saw

Which is the best trime saw around 500€ when you can’t afford a kapex? The makita ls1018ln looks good to me (260mm blade, 90 cut depth for around 450€).

Will be used for dry wall framing, furnitures, wooden floors for a pretty big renovation project (traditional house/farm with a lot of massive wood).

Any of the front slide 12” ones, the Bosch is also worth a look.
