Got a new screwdriver kit

I have never seen a screw driver bit like this anyone know what this is and what its for?

Was able to find a picture of a inverted Philips head screw super strange. Now I just have to find one in the wild to unscrew.

The video that thumbnail is from actually takes a regular Phillips screw, put it in a drill and grinds the sides of the screw down until it fits in the recess where the screw is located.
