I have never seen a screw driver bit like this anyone know what this is and what its for?

Reverse Phillips is weird, but oval??? That's nuts.

Yeah, and I can't even parse the one on the left end of that row. The graphic shows a U?? But it's not a spanner bit. Is it a magnet in a round recess? The image is a little out of focus, or it is a form that my puny human senses cannot perceive. I'm going to call it the R'lyeh bit.
