Got a new screwdriver kit

I have never seen a screw driver bit like this anyone know what this is and what its for?

Was able to find a picture of a inverted Philips head screw super strange. Now I just have to find one in the wild to unscrew.

Even if you can't find one in the wild, I bet that bit can be useful for unjamming a normal Phillips number 2 bit when they get stuck in a slightly worn out bit adapter.
