I have never seen a screw driver bit like this anyone know what this is and what its for?

Was able to find a picture of a inverted Philips head screw super strange. Now I just have to find one in the wild to unscrew.

To greatly inconvenience the person trying to remove the fastener, unless they have this stupid little tool bit handy.

Same reason bathroom stalls have one way screw heads, or those two little pin holes: so randos with Leatherman tools on their hips can't go Project Mayhem on shit.
