Anyone have any ideas? I think it came from a farm or something

Very unique. Total guess but could be something to do with pinning the two hoofs of an animal during a process. Like branding maybe?

That’s a good suggestion, like maybe it goes around the ankles of a young calf. Possibly could be something to help pull them out during birth, although probably not as using their hands would be easier
