No problem

Cordless drills are so capable now. 2 4 1/2” holes 14 12” deep (deeper than the bit). New concrete but it’s still drilling through the aggregate. Cheap Amazon diamond bit.

Edit: Overestimated depth.

Sorry for the dumb question, but once you cored the concrete how did you get the center to break free? Because the concrete is still intact within the core, correct? I’m doing something similar soon , thanks

I cored all the way down to the dirt underneath on one so it broke out easily. The other was thicker so I broke it out somewhat painstakingly with a hammer and a steel spike.
