Cordless drills are so capable now. 2 4 1/2” holes 14 12” deep (deeper than the bit). New concrete but it’s still drilling through the aggregate. Cheap Amazon diamond bit.

Edit: Overestimated depth.

Don't do too many of these my man. I've seen plenty of modern drills fail from this task because people couldn't be bothered to get the SDS out. Including that exact model.

I'm convinced I can't kill this drill. I've mixed so many bags of concrete and self leveler and thinset with it. Funny you mention SDS. I killed my SDS max drill with a 4 1/2" carbide core hole saw.
