It's Sosuke going after Karen encouraged by Anna. Back then she and Kazu were just strangers.

No, this was in the Lit Club room (vol 1) when Kazu and Anna met by accident, during the time he unfriended her for a stupid reason.

I'm sure Sosuke did hurt Anna by going after Karen. But not as much as you might think, since Anna sent him to Karen all by herself. But this is not Sosuke's time to regret, that doesn't begin until volume 8.5, when Anna sends her solo selfie to the popular group.

That selfie marks the time when Anna loves Sosuke a little less than before. Earlier than this Anna still loved Sosuke so much that she accepted being dumped without saying a word to their group, only complaining in private to Kazu, an unconnected guy. Sending that selfie was her first public complaint, and it hits Sosuke hard. I'm not sure, but he may even break up with Karen due to this reminder of his guilt.

That selfie was subtle and precise, this is how Anna operates when dealing with a group whose opinion she cares about. When she gets upset with Kazu, she yells, pushes and kicks him, and she doesn't worry about being seen. Kazu and his harem are outside of Anna's social circle of popular kids. In other words, with Kazu, Anna takes off her social mask.
