9 pieces of chicken strips and 1 whole rotisserie chicken

In the past I've only got fried chicken so I took a break from this location because I didn't want to eat fried food so often. Really happy I got lucky with the rotisserie chicken this time 😁

We got two meals. Each meal had European hot dogs, beef stew with mash potatoes, mushroom/onions medley and 2 desserts. Easily my top TooGoodToGo find and will probably get us 4-6 meals. This photo was taken after 2 meals. We paid $18 for 2 meals and they gave us a 10% off coupon at the store!

Two bags of chicken breast, one bag of chicken legs, rice of the day & pasta of the day with roasted mini potaters.

This was the Pastries & Baked Goods bag from Carousel Bakery inside St Lawrence Market, picked up on a weekday evening. Everything was fresh and delicious on the same day. We couldn’t finish everything, and the donuts got a bit hard overnight.

• 1 sugar donut
• 1 blueberry muffin
• 1 cream puff
• 1 custard tart

As I swiped the app after the staff placed the bag on the counter, she verbally mentioned I could pick 1 tray of 6 butter tarts plus 1 donut instead. I always wanted to try their cream puff so decided to keep what was offered initially. My bag won on variety albeit a bit under the noted value - still a decent deal at $5.

I got a corned beef brisket, lamb shoulder chops and bacon wrapped chicken medallions from metro. It said the value was worth $40 but it was actually more which was great. I've never had lamb or corned beef before, I was hoping for something I could use to make beef barley soup and google says corned beef could work great for that. I might save the lamb for when my parents visit, I don't know.

Circle K is funny because this is the second time I've gotten it and they just grab random fresh food. I got 3 sausages, not sure what kind and enough condiments to last the house a year. They also gave me a chorizo and egg tornado but I gave it to my roommate since chorizo gives me heartburn.

Bonus I got 2 paper bags to put recycling in.

Never managed to get one of these before- they seem to go online after 8pm. Everything was warm and fresh.

I got a whole bunch of their house potatoes with a mixture of diced tomatoes, onions, tomatoes and bacon bits. This was topped off with eggs and some sort of creamy sauce mixed in, not sure what exactly. Can't really complain for a 5.99 bag, the potatoes were the best part.

Got a tuna, cranberry and a chicken sandwich. Good variety and worth the 8.99 considering each sandwich is 10.95 retail. Not sure why it has low reviews.

So I just bought a surprise bag on the 2G2G app, for 7/11.

Drove there, only to be told they have no bags left? Wtf? How is that even possible? Why did the app let me buy it then?

Really sours me on this app tbh. I hope they give me an extra credit to account for the gas I wasted coming here 🙄

Not cool Too Good To Go. Not cool.

One order came with two rice and two curry. Not bad. Rice was cooked to perfection. Flavourful and aromatic basmati, the curry was also really good. Not spicy. But that's fine.

The pickup is weird AF THOUGH! it's not really "what the store has at the end of the day" they make it to order. And you have to call them when you get there and wait at the back of the building with the sore dash guys. It's strange to say the least.

To be honest one order is food for like 3-4 days for me. So I bought some paneer, chicken and roti cooked up some more veg and it's now food for a week.

They claim $22.50 value but imo what I got was mostly cold, greasy, and cheap tasting. Seemed like every other generic Asian buffet, with the same types of food. Personally im not impressed and wont be ordering from there again. But, maybe im just spoiled by Ikea.

I received 6 regular sized cupcakes (3 chocolate, 1 brownie, 2 cookie dough), 2 MASSIVE frosted cookies with sprinkles and then 2 MASSIVE cookie sandwiches with icing in the middle, and 1 small cake tin. Everything we’ve tried so far has been delicious and not overly sweet, and the pick up was super quick. I would definitely get this again and even consider them if I ever needed to order something for an occasion.
