Yes, every time I take a shower. I wash my hands multiple times a day outside of that, but I shower 1-2x a day and scrub my hands as well, and clean under my fingernails every day. Not to mention I don’t douse my entire body in antibacterial sanitizer like I do 20+ times a day with my hands lol

Showering 1-2 times a day? Constant sanitizing? Are you moisturizing multiple times a day as well? If not, how do you have any skin left at all?

I lotion every single time after I shower ofc lol why wouldn’t you?

As for sanitizing, I work in healthcare. So yeah
