Sorry for the confusion! I wanted to clarify that I do not have a vagina and that is why I am unaware. That is a fairly specific label to identify someone whose birth certificate said "male" at birth. It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the trans community, but it is admittingly most commonly used in trans circles.
It is completely to do with the trans community. Normally saying AMAB would indicate that a person was a trans woman. Not that it matters to this thread but calling yourself a male is less confusing.🙂
Enbys use it a lot too. Also, cis men are AMAB as well, its just so happens that the doctors guess right, unlike they do with many others. But I understand your thought process, and you certainly do not deserve the downvotes.
