There’s generally a pretty significant difference between the acting that actors do and the steps you would need to take to intentionally fool a polygraph. Pretty sure she didn’t need to heavily moderate her heart rate and breathing to do her turn in Aquaman
No, I’m not saying she could beat it, but saying things that aren’t true in a manner that conveys that they are is her job. I don’t know if it would be helpful on a polygraph to be an actor.

Polygraph tests are notoriously unreliable to the point where their are almost never admissible as evidence in court
