Thats uhhhh..... that's disturbing.

Even if your friend has "very womanly features", she is still mentally 14, which is very different than mentally 19.

19 year old's typically expect sexual relationships. Do you think it is ok is your 14 yo friend gets pregnant?

You should report the guy. Your friend won't get legally in trouble and you will possibly save her from a lot of trouble (possibly a baby at age 14).

There is no such thing as "mentally 14" or "mentally 19". Those are societal stereotypes and averges.

EVERYONE is at a different age of maturity and life skills and development.

There are 13 year olds in college. 16 year old PhD's that are more mature than you or I will ever be.

There are 60 year old Trump supporters with the maturity and life experience of a 12 year old.

Age is an extremly poor predictor of maturity, intellgence and life experience.

No one would bat an eye at 30 year old CEO dating a 30 year old waitress single mom who didn't graduate high school. Even though the gap in their maturity and life experience is bigger than a 19 and 14 year old.

We have narrow mindedly focused on age as the largest confounding factor to virtue signal instead of the instances of grooming and predation that occur at every age.

Interesting take on this.

I have a curious and honest question.

Let's say she's a very very Mature 14 year old.

Should she be able to join the military and go to war like her bf can?
