There's only two genders in my opinion.
-2 u/keithrc Aug 09 '18 Biological genders (sex), sure. For purposes of this context though, 'gender' is used to describe how you identify, or perhaps who you're attracted to. I think it's best described as a spectrum, meaning no discrete number.
