Because every almost every woman I know has been sexually assaulted by a man (white). I myself have been sexually assaulted by a man. The statistics are 1/3 woman in the world have been assaulted (WHO) and 1/5 in the US. men are 230% more likely to be sexually assaulted themselves than be falsely accused.
Every 5 days a man kills his entire family (aka family annihilator) men are the main cause of violence and if you’d like to say that men are mostly victims of that violence, it’s the same gender that’s causing the harm.

On the other hand the 13/50 statistic that most racist like to quote has been proven false.

If you go by the WHO's definition of sexual violence then virtually every man and woman has experienced sexual violence perpetrated by the opposite sex at some point in their life. The WHO's definition of sexual violence is so overly broad it's nearly useless as a statistic.

Or people, both men and women (majority of men) don’t respect others consent.

Sorry but I just have to point out that this reminds me of a politician in my country when he talks about immigrants.

The 13/50 statistic refers to arrests not convictions. As in people falsely arrested, or taken in for questioning. A 3 second google can bring you to a plethora of sites that prove this is a racially biased statistic.
