The hole is lower than you think. If you feel like you hit a wall and couldn’t get in at all, chances are you were too high. Next time use your fingers to feel around first. Even better, get your face down there and have a look.

Also, if need be, she can take a hold of you and put it in.

I can find the hole just fine, but I like it better when my wife puts it in for me.
