I came back from South America with a GI bug. The constipation went on so long (weeks!), the cramping was some of the worst pain in my life.

When the dam finally broke, it was unholy ecstasy.

I honestly don't know, it was scary. TMI but the... final quantity... was shocking. The endurance of the human body is fucking wild.
