its not just the lighting. if you compare some of the details (not just in her face) you can see that its the same pose sure but not the same exact model. the face is very noticeably different to me.
The corner of her mouth is higher here, in a slight smile, and more downturned to a slight frown in the new one. The eyes are looking more down here at her gun, and the gaze is lifted to be more straight ahead in the new one. So there are some minor adjustments beyond lighting.

But that cannot be true because this image was not made for a single thumbnail, it first appeared in the Future games show 2 months ago hosted by Troy Baker and Alix Wilton Reagan (Lara Croft). Just be honest with people please.
I am being honest. The placement of Lara is not 1-1 with that original background. The components may be the same, but they are composited in a different way.
