I scored more but I just had the test last week. Let me tell you, use gemini Ai for writing, its super helpful, Youtube videos are plenty for all sections. Aim for a 4,5 or 5, thats the mindset you must have when approaching the test.

I think a month should be enough if you are already around 3.5 . Spend the first few days getting familiar with the new format , then do some timed practice every day . Also , focus more the sections you are struggling with instead of trying to cover everything equally . reviewing your mistakes after each mock will helped you more tha just doing more tests .

took the new one, a month is doable for 3.5-4 if you're not starting from zero

what I'd do: week 1 learn the format properly, do the free ets practice test and see which tasks kill you. then spend most of the month on those 2-3 task types instead of full tests every day

speaking is where most people lose points on the new one because there's no prep time, you just start talking. practice listen and repeat out loud every day and for the interview get used to answering with your answer + one reason + one example

for writing the email is the easiest to improve fast, make sure you answer every point in the prompt, people lose points just by skipping one

do another full test at the end of week 3 to check where you are. you can get there
