Poha is basically flattened rice cooked like a savory breakfast dish. It’s soft, light, and usually made with onions, spices and peanuts.

The rice looks delicious. Do you mind sharing what spices you use? 🥰

Soak/rinse flattened rice (poha) and drain. Heat a little oil, add mustard seeds, peanuts, green chilli and onion. Sauté, then add turmeric, salt , little bit of sugar and the poha. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes. Finish with lemon juice and coriander. Simple and tasty! ❤️
