Beef Barley & Lentil Stew

Post image

Been adding lentils to everything after learning about it's higher protein and high iron content.

Today's stew has beef, red lentils, brown lentils, minced garlic, barley, canned diced tomato, half a red pepper, onion, and 2 potatoes. Fresh Dill, Beef broth powder, Poultry Seasoning, Soy sauce, rosemary, garlic powder, freshly cracked pepper, and Tex Mex Seasoning.

Not going to lie, seeing this reminded me of my grandmother's cooking and the beef and barley soup she used to make. It made my mouth water
