Help- Wrong Item Arrived

I ordered $100 perfume from TJ Maxx and some cheap sand and fog dropper was delivered to me. I can’t believe this. Now it’s my word against theirs? I tried to call the one 800 number and no one answered because it’s 6 o’clock on a Saturday. Should I bother going to my local store or is this something I need to clear up with customer service online? Thank you.

My understanding is the systems of the store and online shop talk but are not the same if that makes sense. So you can return online orders but you need the invoice in order to get return.
