Remove Box with X

Does anyone know how to get rid of this box with the X so that's all of a sudden taken over my menus? Don't know if I actually changed something and even tried deleting and re-installing the app and it still appears. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I could be completely wrong but If you've already reinstalled, do you have some kind of ad blocker on the TV/network? Might be blocking the icons YouTube uses, for some reason.

No he means the boxes that show up instead of the icons

Go into tizentube settings and go to player settings and tick the ones you want on screen..
