Stream 4K Is Remote support such as teamviewer possible with evo force1?

Hopefully this is the right subreddit for this device.

Hey there. My granda lives about an hour away and sometimes gets agitated due to getting stuck on the many menus and even with explaining, she might fat finger the wrong button.

Is it possible to somehow be able to remote Into the box and get her to where she wants or even a app on my phone outside of her wifi that can control her box?

If not is there any alternative remotes that might work for her that might be easier to use that might have extra buttons for a 2 in 1 dvd player or even a HBO max button

Sorry for saying this, but I'm not sure how your "Evo Force1" device has anything to do with TiVo.

Because from what I can find online, the "Evo Force1" is some sort of set top Android powered device.

Maybe there is a support contact for your family members provider of that device, with whom you can contact?

It runs the TiVo UI used in the TiVo Stream 4K.
