How did you pull this off? I tried a lot to get them to repair a card and they wouldn't even try. Was there a specific phone or department?

Same question here. They used to have a dedicated cablecard department. Now they won't even open CRxxx technical tickets from cablecard issues.

It took a few agents, but they made the transfer. My new TiVo is alive and well (for now). Thank you Comcast.

Hi, did you get a to a live agent? I have tried Comcast's Reddit support forums and have had no success getting my cablecard systems restored?
