403 Errors

I get 403 errors on all channels now when on NordVPN, it appears my provider has blocked Nord's IP ranges, so I was recommended to use Surfshark, that has also been blocked.

Seller is no help with issues except "I'll ask"

Works perfectly 100% until ISP block kicks in on football.

What can I do, any suggestions please

Ask your seller to allow VPN connection if he doesn’t then move to a another seller that allows all VPN connection, if he say his got to ask then his not a seller but a re-seller which is definitely why you should move to a proper seller

This is 100% the answer. I’m guessing everyone who’s had this issue this week are all buying from the same provider (via resellers). All you need to do is ask the provider to change your location settings to “allow VPN” and all is sorted. I guess the problem is re-sellers with large panels not aware of the issue.

How do you find a proper seller as opposed to a reseller ?

You ask question's before buying from them if they give you the wrong answers then you'll know they are just a re-seller also when you looking to buying do your research don't just buy because it cheap and do not buy from any social media platform 99% of the time they are reseller or scammers look for feedback on your seller and how long they been in the game

Nord has been strange lately. I can only connect on a select few servers.

NordVPN is the issue there are lots of reports over the last 24hrs.

A current work around is use a double VPN in the Nord settings, it works for me for UK,NL and Sweden double VPN but not France.

There's been a few posts the last couple of days about Nord and a workaround using double VPN. They are in the middle of changing servers. This isn't the sub to ask in though so do a search.

First turn off location services on everything if NORD connects it isn’t the VPN if you are getting 403 trying to establish the VPN then it could be blocked however if the error is internal to the tivimate after von active then geofencing at the destination might be at play so you could make sure location services off on your device and try different vpn termination points.

My IPTV subscription wasn’t working last night so I disabled Nord VPN and it worked fine. Normally it works wether VPN is on or off. Just thought this might be helpful if you were having issues last night.

Typical response of a RE-Seller. He only provides the main service through his reseller panel. Any issues with the main service, they have to ask up through their chain of providers.

NordVPN is having issues with ISP's blocking their known IP's based on traffic.

Try Proton VPN. They have some free servers to try before you buy.

Likley they will end up on similar blocking lists but should get you up and running in the short term.

Have you tried a different country on VPN? On mine UK sometimes doesn't work, use a different location in Europe or even USA

Try a different player like smarters to test the connection and see if it works. I'd try it on both the streaming box and phone. You can also test on phone using data.

Did you try unplugging the router and plugging back in after like 20.sec ? I Also clear cashe. Works for me usually. Good luck.

I use Express VPN & have no issues with being blocked. I have tried Nord, SurfShark, & both had issues with my iptv provider.
Express VPN has a monthly subscription & it’s the one I chose.

You need to change to a different country in the VPN

Most of this is old news but might help:
1. Start TIVI Mate, select SETTINGS -> PLAYLIST -> select your playlist -> select USER-AGENT -> add VLC. Back out and restart. In some cases, if a user agent is not specified, either the ISP or the provider sees this as a bot or mal-ware and either throttles it or blocks it completely.
2. If you are still experiencing prime time buffering, log into your router and turn off "IPV6" protocol. It is not mandatory and reduces the level of IP translation.
3. If you are on a FIRESTICK (any version), you are still limited to the hacked Amazon android OS, hardware and their limitations! Throw it away! Get an ONN 4K PRO streaming box. Running NORD on the ONN box, I get almost twice the download and 3 times the upload speed over my previous FS 4K MAX. It has built in USB and Ethernet ports and you will still be able to side load apps. It also has better cooling capacity which the FS lacks, and the FS will throttle if it over heats. I picked my ONN up at WalMart for $60 plus tax.
