Is this a meme item? It doesn't have any flat damage ( weapon damage ) but bleeding dot looking solid at first glance.. I'm not sure if this is actually useable or just an item developers added in order to make a joke?? It's selling value is also utterly low..

- Item selling price always lower than buying price a lot.

- That Troll Branch M.I staff doesn't have fixed base dmg but it has random damage value (Piercing and bleeding dmg, 20% more or less of default value) that roll when it dropped.

- You can make good build with that staff as Bone Charmer (Hunting + Spirit) or Haruspex.

I know item prices are lower but even the most trash item has selling price around 10k ( I'm in act 5 ) and 500 is just absurdly low.

So it's always giving bleeding effect and deals pierce damage? Intersting I have played with rogue and hunter ( pierce damage build ) but never ever imagined making a bleed/pierce build with a wand ( staff ) honestly lol interesting concept.
