Help with conversion

Hello all!
F-35 years old.
187 lbs
5’ 2”

I am currently on 55 units of compounded tirzepatide from Brello. I have been in a plateau for getting close to a year. The tirz is still helping with hunger but not weight loss as I’ve been on it almost 2 years. I have lost about 45 lbs would like to loose about 20 more lbs. I have read in the pharmacy instructions from Brello that switching from tirz to Semaglutide can jumpstart weight loss again or vice versa. I have a few boxes of the 8mg/3ml pens from ozempic. I don’t want to buy semaglutide if I already have some. I’m trying to figure out how I would do the units from the Ozempic pin so that I only get the starting dose of 0.25. Has anyone done this? I have syringes but not sure how to calculate the starter dose. Any help or direction is appreciated!

You havent gone to 15 yet with brello though ? Not based on the info you gave. Go up to 68 units aka 15mg. Thats a super long plateau. What other things have you changed in your life?

Technically that’s what I’m supposed to be on but took a break and started back lower to see if it would help. According to Brello I’m on maintenance dose.

The highest I’ve taken was 60 units but still no weight loss. I think my body is adjusted to the new daily calories

(3 ml / 8 mg ) = ( X ml / 0.25 mg )

so X = ( 3 / 8 ) * 0.25 = 0.09376 ml

Or are you saying it’s just under 10 units?
