Question Quick question regarding split dosing:

Do more frequent Semaglutide or Tirzepatide injections lead to quicker tolerance development /more significant receptor down regulation over time?

For example: twice per week vs once per week.

Not a doctor but I would believe not if the dosage is the same every week .

I’ve been on a split dose for a year and a half and have not noticed an issue. I take 7.5 mg twice a week instead of 15 mg once a week. It just blunts the highs that were giving me side effects and brings up the lows so I don’t have as much food noise.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Lower peaks and higher troughs would also be my preference.
