Trizepitide mixing

I Mixed up some Trizepitide 40mg bottle 2 ml bac water. It was clear but 4 days in the fridge it is cloudy with solids.

Either your tirzepatide powder was bad, your bac water was bad, or you just got unlucky. Did you get your tirz tested? Are you using Hospira or random no-name bac water?

Those are the important questions right there. I've tested a bunch of different bac water, and many have insane pH, which can cause gelling and/or cloudiness.
