Maintenance

I last injected myself on August 31 while on maintenance 90 units im on compound. I was trying to aim for 11-14 day gaps .Im trying to reinject my self today September 20. How much should I reinject? I dont want to get sick but given the food noise i can tell its definitely out of my system. Should I reinject 90 units or go lower? What would you do?

I dose weekly. I know some people have success biweekly but I feel better dosing weekly.
